Shipping policy

Many of our products are made to order. Production begins after you place your order, so please allow time for your item to be made before it ships. Some items, including the Tempo Pusher, may take longer to arrive because they are made on demand.

Production time is the time needed to make and prepare your item for shipment. Transit time starts after the item has shipped and is the time the carrier takes to deliver it. Both can vary by product, destination, order volume, and carrier conditions. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping options and charges depend on the items in your cart and the delivery destination. Different product types can have different flat shipping rates, and available options and the total shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders with items fulfilled separately may arrive in more than one package.

For updates, check the order status link in your order confirmation email. When tracking is available after shipment, you can use the tracking details provided with your shipping update to follow your package.
